Your images stay on your device
Moki7 Shot processes screenshots in your browser. Images you add to the editor are not sent to our servers. Preview, export and batch packaging happen on your device.
Information we store
Accounts store your email, a secure password hash, creation time and login sessions. Future purchases will store necessary order and membership records. Cloud presets contain style settings, never screenshots. Payments are not currently available.
Local drafts and cookies
The editor uses localStorage for settings and IndexedDB for image drafts. Clearing site data removes these drafts. A necessary HttpOnly session cookie supports sign-in. We do not use advertising cookies. Sign out and clear site data on shared devices.
Use and retention
Account data supports authentication and service delivery. Sessions last up to 30 days and expired sessions are removed. We do not sell personal information. Necessary access and error logs must not include passwords or screenshot content.
Your choices and contact
You can stop using the service and clear your local drafts at any time. To access, correct or delete account information, contact support@moki7.com. Any applicable transaction retention requirements will be explained.
