How to request a refund
Email support@moki7.com with the subject “Shot refund request”. Include your order number, account email and payment date. We only verify the order ownership and request window; you do not need to explain why. Never send passwords, verification codes or full card details.
Processing and arrival
We will verify your request and initiate a refund to the original payment method within 3 business days. Funds usually arrive within 5–10 business days after initiation, depending on your payment provider and bank. Membership benefits associated with the refunded order end when the refund is completed.
After 7 days or for other issues
For requests after 7 days, duplicate charges, payment errors or technical issues, contact support@moki7.com so we can review the issue with you.
